Excellent restaurant, beautiful scenery during the meal, calm and welcoming atmosphere with the sound of the river. The waiter was friendly and welcoming, and the chef was very nice, checking if everything was alright and if the meal was excellent.

The three of us ate there today. The staff was friendly and, despite our limited French, tried their best to understand us and fulfill our requests. The owner even spoke a little German.
The food arrived after a reasonable wait and tasted fantastic. The burger had a perfect texture, and the fish was also excellent. The prices were perfectly reasonable for the quality of the food. The chef even came out of the kitchen at the end to ask if we were enjoying everything, which we happily confirmed. All in all, a great meal.

Everything is perfect, both the substance and the style.
The terrace overlooking the Gapeau River, with its relaxed, informal atmosphere, is an invitation to linger.
The welcome is very friendly and warm.
The dishes are generous and delicious, and the service is attentive. The chef even checks on his customers to make sure everything is alright.
In short, everything is perfect. Congratulations to the whole team! We'll definitely be back very soon!

Extremely surprised by the positive reviews for this restaurant! The setting (especially the interior) is magnificent and authentic with the old mill. That's the only positive point. As for the food, what a disappointment! It didn't really seem fresh and made to order as we were told (I'm looking for the squid in the octopus salad... for example)... the rouille had no flavor whatsoever! The supposedly sourdough bread was just a plain white baguette. We were clearly treated like tourists! Three stars is already a generous award.

A very warm welcome, generous portions, and a simple menu that guarantees truly homemade food. The explanations are clear, the setting of the old mill is peaceful and family-friendly, with vintage decor that gives it a rustic and authentic charm.
We had a wonderful evening celebrating my partner's birthday.

We made an impromptu stop on the road when we spotted this superb riverside restaurant. We hadn't booked, yet we received a very warm welcome. Our children and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Homemade dishes, very friendly staff, and a stunning setting!
