Very well received, excellent meal for an affordable price. On the side of the road arriving from Carcassonne in Castelnaudary. Stop by, you won't regret it. The tartare is very well made, cut with a knife.

Restaurant found by chance and very pleasant surprise. The mussels a la plancha are delicious. The prime rib is very good, well cooked, served with home fries. We keep the address!!

Cadre super joli avec une belle cheminée qui valorise leurs viandes … du poisson à la plancha ravira les amateurs … une petite terrasse très agréable …un service souriant … pensez à réserver car ils sont complets tout le temps !

Superb discovery, a good place, hearty dish well served on the terrace.. A little artisanal cocktail that deserves to be known.. Nice terrace. In short... Go there, you won't be disappointed.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre moment au Moulin Vert Le cassoulet est excellent ! Les autres plats sont aussi délicieux Cuisson au feu de bois Foie gras très bon L’équipe qui y travaille est chaleureuse, conviviale et professionnelle Merci

13/11/2024: My husband and I came with a little apprehension given the unpleasant comments about this restaurant. In fact, there is nothing at all. What more could you ask for, the perfect welcome, the price is nothing to say. And as for the cassoulet, a delight.
