If you want an excellent cassoulet, go to David's! It's one of the best cassoulets I've ever eaten, although quite peppery. Reservations are necessary.

We had a fantastic time at David's! A warm welcome and impeccable service. The cassoulet was absolutely delicious! We managed to finish our plate between the two of us, but they offer a doggy bag option for those with smaller appetites. Nice decor, I highly recommend it! 🤩🤘

Fantastic find! We came on the recommendation of another restaurant owner who was fully booked. We had a wonderful meal and the service was excellent. The restaurant has a great atmosphere; the decor and music were fantastic.

Honestly, go for it without hesitation. If you love good home-cooked food in an authentic setting and atmosphere, this is the place to go. We thoroughly enjoyed the real cassoulet.

26/05/2026: An excellent place! I'm always on the lookout for authentic spots, and Moulin Vert is a wonderful discovery. We had a fantastic meal! The grilled meats are simply excellent, with top-quality meat cooked to perfection. The service is also top-notch: the team is welcoming, efficient, and attentive. A major plus for sunny days: their small terrace/patio, a true haven of peace, incredibly pleasant and intimate in the summer. It's the ideal place to spend a great time enjoying a delicious meal. A really cool place that I highly recommend!

09/05/2026: A warm welcome, rooms with everything you need, large TV, spacious shower, hairdryer... Excellent meals and a generous breakfast. A great place for a stopover, just a short bike ride from the canal.
09/05/2026: A second stay just as wonderful as the first. A couple of motorcyclists on a road trip.
