We had a fantastic time at David's! A warm welcome and impeccable service. The cassoulet was absolutely delicious! We managed to finish our plate between the two of us, but they offer a doggy bag option for those with smaller appetites. Nice decor, I highly recommend it! 🤩🤘

Fantastic find!
We came on the recommendation of another restaurant owner who was fully booked.
We had a wonderful meal and the service was excellent.
The restaurant has a great atmosphere; the decor and music were fantastic.

What a find; I was lucky to get the last table on a cold and windy day (make sure to book!). The service was excellent and the cassoulet the best I’ve ever had; truly authentic which is not always the case in this area. Had a lovely chat with the owner David. Felt very welcome and would highly recommend. Everybody gets to take their leftovers home with them; I have enough beans to last me the week 🙏

Honestly, go for it without hesitation. If you love good home-cooked food in an authentic setting and atmosphere, this is the place to go. We thoroughly enjoyed the real cassoulet.

We discovered this restaurant during our visit to Castelnaudary. We were looking for cassoulet, and we found "Le Cassoulet"! It was a real treat, and the waiter took the time to explain his dish to us. We will definitely be back.

A must-try. A real gem.
A cassoulet like you just don't find anymore.
Completely homemade.
Exceptional beans and broth, with a truly irresistible flavor;
an unchanging trio of ingredients: duck confit, confit sausage, and pork ribs.
Speaking of irresistible, we'll be back very soon... and who knows, maybe even by bike.

As someone who isn't usually a big fan of cassoulet, David has changed my mind about this iconic dish from Castelnaudary! This cassoulet is cooked with respect for local ingredients, love, and passion. It's very easy to digest, the waiter is very professional, and the dish is served with a full explanation. David, a unique and colorful character, tells you all about his cassoulet and how he took it to the New World, drawing you into his adventure. For us, it's David's cassoulet or nothing 😉. (For our bilingual foreign friends.)
