It was pretty good, except for the praline floating island which was too sweet; it's a shame because it's quite an original dessert. The staff were very welcoming, which I really appreciated.

Charmed!!!! Passing through a spa retreat, and familiar with lake produce, but in the "right bank" (i.e., Swiss) version, I gave in to the temptation of the perch fillets. First of all, they are 1. Fresh 2. From the lake 3. From Lake Geneva (which is not common). Other dishes also feature perch fillets, but they spontaneously tell you whether they are from the lake or from elsewhere (Ireland in this case). That's a great mark of respect for the customer and the product, thank you. The perch fillet experience was brilliant: generous portion, perfectly cooked, very precise dish both in its seasoning and its visual composition. We're not used to eating fillets in Switzerland with anything other than fries (and all in all, it doesn't live up to this sublime product), and here, placed on a delicate bed of leeks and chanterelles (in addition to fries and salad), it's a real discovery. Add to that a good wine by the glass and very friendly, attentive, efficient, yet discreet service, and it makes you want to come back (which I did the next day for the ravioli, which offered the same feeling of mastery and precision). The menu is full of many promising dishes that will have me coming back again before the end of my treatment. Price-wise, it's not cheap, but we're in Evian, so we shouldn't expect miracles. And if you read between the lines, you'll see a restaurant that puts a lot of effort into the quality of its produce, respects it, and brings it to life in magnificent ways. So, it comes at a price.

Good food but relatively high prices for the lunch menu. Very (too) long service. The desserts are delicious.

On the plate: mouthwatering starters, carefully crafted main courses, particularly featuring lake fish, with beautiful execution. All the ingredients deliver: perfect textures, masterful seasonings. The dessert rounds off the meal cohesively, without any major flaws. Service-wise: pleasant, present without being overbearing, which contributes to a seamless experience. There's no sense of slowness or laxity, just a concern to be attentive to each table. The price is within the local "good city restaurant" range, which is justifiable given the consistency of the dishes and the setting. For me, it's a place that delivers on its promises, a serious restaurant that doesn't rely on empty promises.

Absolutely lovely restaurant - very delicious and elegant food. We had the ravioli dish and a fish from the lake, both were excellent. The wine list is impressive and the place has nice atmosphere. Service is impeccable. I’d recommend to come here

For my part, I asked for veal kidneys with Madeira slightly more than rare (which I ate anyway). It was more than cooked through and I didn't really notice the Madeira. I made a comment to the waitress, who told me to ask for well-done next time. My wife had a fish dish, served with homemade fries and salad, and she enjoyed it. The server was (unlike the waitress) very pleasant. The price was a bit high.
