A slight disappointment in terms of taste. In my admittedly somewhat hazy memories, there were some very tasty Asian-inspired dishes. This whole thing lacked flavor, and for the price, we expected better, especially in Brest.

An excellent dinner at Le Nautilus, featuring surprising scallops: incredibly tender, a blend of surf and turf flavors with a meat jus that pairs equally well with Chardonnay or a red wine, and a delightful mix of textures between the velvety parsnip purée and the crispy chips. The desserts are equally impressive, particularly the delicious blueberry and chestnut vacherin, which also plays very skillfully with textures. The atmosphere is serene, with a magnificent aquarium and a pleasant background of pop-rock classics, and the service is very attentive.

We had a wonderful Valentine's Day evening at Le Nautilus. The six courses offered were perfectly executed and delighted us from beginning to end. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to the waitress, who served us with great professionalism and kindness. Congratulations also to the kitchen for their superb work!

We spent New Year's Eve at this establishment. The meal was as expected: delicious and plentiful, and the service from the waitstaff was very friendly. A lovely evening without excess in a beautiful setting.

The staff were warm, lovely, and attentive, and the food was exquisite—both refined and indulgent! Cocktails, main courses, desserts... a pure delight. We went for a special occasion and weren't disappointed. Being pregnant and not eating meat, the staff adapted wonderfully, a special shout-out to our waiter, a Marseille enthusiast, who was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful evening thanks to them. A huge thank you!

31/10/2025: A restaurant worth discovering. Even this time of year, because while the view is no longer visible, everything happens indoors. The decor, the soft lighting, and the added bonus of a blanket if needed create a cozy atmosphere. The cuisine is refined and beautifully presented (a delightful discovery, for example, the sea bream tartare with apple and kiwi). Their special touch, which is by no means diminished, is the service, which is efficient, attentive, welcoming, and above all, friendly. (Thank you for the birthday candle!) Four stars for desserts due to a lack of choice (especially for those who aren't big fans of caramel), but the ice cream sundaes certainly make up for it. Four stars overall to entice us to come back and try it again.
17/10/2025: I recently dined at this restaurant and I must say that the experience was remarkable. The setting is simply pleasant, with a warm ambiance and neat decor that invites relaxation. But what really made the difference was the service, and in particular that of Hervé. Always smiling and attentive, he made our meal even more enjoyable with his wise recommendations and professionalism. His passion for what he does is palpable and adds a special touch to the experience. I highly recommend this restaurant, both for the ambiance and for Hervé's exceptional service!
