It's good, the setting is nice.
But it's expensive.
€12.50 for half a mini goat's milk burrata is stingy; although I admit it takes a lot of skill (and no scruples) to cut such a small portion in half.

I 100% recommend Le Nautique!
Honestly, it's by far the best restaurant in Hourtin. The setting is incredible with its view of the lake, the atmosphere is super pleasant, and the staff is top-notch.
The dishes are simply excellent; you can taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Whether it's the seafood, the fish, or even the desserts, everything is expertly prepared and truly delicious.
It's the kind of place where you have a really great time, whether you're with friends, your partner, or family. A must-try; I'll definitely be back!

We had lunch at Le Nautique as two families on Easter Saturday during our bike ride.
The setting is beautiful, the food was delicious (and they even made adjustments for the three vegetarians at our table!), and the service was very friendly.

We discovered Le Nautic in Piqueyrot on a friend's recommendation, and we're so glad we did!
From the service to the dessert, everything was excellent. The welcome was warm, the staff attentive, and the food truly delicious.
