Note: The restaurant is no longer open on Mondays... We wish the young owner, Lenny, every success. No doubt this brasserie will soon reclaim its place as a traditional restaurant in Chalon. Kudos to the chef, who clearly knows his craft! The service from Angelina is friendly and attentive: all the ingredients are there for a pleasant lunch in a peaceful setting, with healthy and varied food of good quality and generous portions. We highly recommend this lovely restaurant and will definitely return.

Fantastic takeover by the new owner! You can immediately feel the change and the desire to do things well. The food is excellent, the dishes are generous, well-prepared, and made with quality ingredients. The service is top-notch: welcoming, smiling, professional staff who are always attentive to customers. The atmosphere is warm and friendly; you really feel at home. And yes, I've changed my mind again, because I just went back today with my parents to show them around. They were delighted from beginning to end. They also enjoyed the crème brûlée dessert on the set menu, which was homemade. Personally, I loved the Chicken Gaston Gérard; it was a very surprising dish. Thank you again for the warm welcome from the new owner (I want to point out that I'm very surprised by these two negative comments; it's clear this isn't genuine, just personal revenge, because, as they say, the food is excellent, the waitress is excellent, so why give only one star if it's just to harm this pleasant, albeit reserved, but very kind new owner?) A true discovery! Everything was perfect for a wonderful experience: a warm welcome, impeccable service, and delicious dishes from start to finish. The shopping mall has a lot of issues, although shaded parking spaces are precious. But this restaurant is definitely worth a stop. Quick and efficient service, very generous salads with good ingredients at a reasonable price. A slight disappointment was the crepes and waffles, which weren't up to par, while the dessert of the day looked very tempting.

A bistro which I happily recommend after I had lunch here, a very convenient place, while I charged my car. Very quick and friendly service despite the bistro being at peak lunch hour and filled with customers. Delicious food at a very fair price. I left content and full. Merci!
