There's no doubt this brasserie will soon reclaim its position as a leader in traditional cuisine in Chalon. Hats off to the chef, who clearly knows his craft! The service, provided by Léa, was friendly and accommodating. All the ingredients are there for a perfect lunch in a peaceful setting, with healthy, varied, high-quality food in generous portions.
