Le Normandy sur Wissant

The restaurant Le Normandy offers a daily menu for €36 which we chose this evening. Quality dishes, careful presentation worthy of a gourmet restaurant. From starter to dessert, everything was more than perfect. During your visit to Wissant, do not hesitate to come and taste very high quality local products. I highly recommend.

We had a great weekend with a super friendly welcome and impeccable service in the evening for the meal and in the morning for the breakfast..a typical hotel on the Opal Coast...not to be missed for a price frankly honest 166 euros for 2 taxes included evening meal plus breakfast, the meal and the breakfast excellent..Mme Laruelle

We came with my partner, we were very well received by this very pleasant, smiling gentleman, very clean room. Very nice view the only downside and the soundproofing of the rooms above us or from 3 a.m. people made a lot of noise while walking otherwise great hotel with the server from Tuesday August 6 who managed it alone that day thanks to Soon

Room correct and clean. a little dated, especially the bathroom with a shower curtain. Very nice staff 👍

Excellent hotel and Restaurant Friendly and helpful staff

Charming place, ideally located in the city center, which we found by chance because we were looking to stay and eat in Wissant. Simple but atypical hotel and restaurant with pleasant and friendly staff who seek to please customers. It was offered to us as a “sea view room/dinner/breakfast” Package at a very very reasonable price. It is certainly located near the church, but don't worry... the bells are turned off so you can sleep peacefully. In terms of the restaurant, we had the choice of either the menu (short menu and homemade products) or a very well-stocked seafood/personal platter which we of course preferred to enjoy, given the location, and what's more , on a spacious table, decorated with flowers and with a white tablecloth. (which is increasingly rare to find) Room of size and essentially equipped. Perhaps just two downsides for: the bedding which would surely need to be renewed for the double bed and for the soundproofing of the parquet floors, but what a magnificent view, especially on the third floor, of the cliffs of Dover! The savory and sweet breakfast remains too simple... it could be revitalized. (for those with a sweet tooth) In any case, it is a charming little town where it is good to walk and on its beach. Nous prenons une biére sur la terrasse le garçon est sympa et a de la répartie ,nous retenos pour l'endemain à midi, une belle salle à l'ancienne avec des nappes en tissu une atmosphére douce avec des convives souriants. La carte offre des spécialités du nord nous ne regrettons pas la saveurs de ces plats au noms improbables, un vrai dépaysement culinaire et toujours le garçon ,que demander de plus.

We had dinner Monday May 20, end of a long weekend, great welcome and service in a pleasant setting, our server was nice and very efficient. A unique 3-course menu for €32, very good value for money, including gratinated fish shells, delicious. The only downside was the bread, probably defrosted sandwich bread given the shape but thanks to the availability of the waiter he toasted it for us. A beautiful address, we will return there.

Après une longue matinée de marche entre Cap Blanc-Nez et Wissant, il était l'heure de s'attabler. 14h, tout est plein mais une petite table se libère. Un personnel dynamique pour ne pas dire speed mais plein d'attention, d'humour et de gentillesse. Un p'tit plat simple mais goutu accompagné d'un bon p'tit vin. Bref, un pur moment de détente !
