I'm a regular customer here. While there can sometimes be unprofessional behavior, the service and quality of the food are generally excellent. A special mention goes to William, who has remained helpful and professional for many years. Honestly, I'm so glad he's there!

Le Nouveau Paris is exactly the kind of traditional bistro we love. The welcome is very warm, whether you're just stopping by for a coffee or a meal. The service is impeccable: the waiters are very professional, efficient, and above all, incredibly friendly. You can immediately tell that the establishment is run by a brother and sister, Fred and Mela, because the atmosphere is so convivial. A rare authenticity worth mentioning!
