My friend and I were desperately looking for a bathroom and the nicest man at the front desk let us use the one in the restaurant. We were so grateful, A+ customer service.

This place is very special. The food is good and reasonably priced. However, if you order a flank steak, you might get an entrecôte, or vice versa. Sometimes the wait to be served is very long, but it's worth it. The place is superb, the owner is really friendly, and I've ALWAYS been surprised when it came time to pay: it was always cheaper than I expected! It's also great for children who can play safely nearby. I've even had the chance to get some exceptionally high-quality cuts of meat. It's all a matter of luck. Every time I'm in Ax-les-Thermes, I always make sure to stop by. The rooms are nice too...

I stayed at the hotel from August 31 to September 21, 2025, as part of a spa treatment. I would like to thank Sébastien and his team for their kindness, their warm welcome, and their delicious cuisine. I highly recommend it! LIDIA

Pleasantly surprised, a very warm and friendly welcome, and very pleasant.
It was really very good.
Bravo for a €26 menu, but really nothing to complain about. Just looking at the photos makes your stomach smile.
Bravo, I didn't rate the hotel because I'm not staying here, but given the welcome, I have no doubts.

The dishes were to die for, and the price/quantity ratio was excellent. We had a great time.
Service was a bit disorganized, but the service was friendly 😁.
The only thing that could be improved: offering several choices for the children's menu.
