21/10/2025: There were six of us at the table and we had a remarkable gastronomic experience at Jardin Gourmand in Auxerre. The fine and inventive cuisine delighted us from start to finish, with perfectly executed dishes that were generous, elegant, and full of flavor. Special mention to Olivier Laplaine, the passionate maître d'hôtel, whose mastery of service and attention to the smallest details enhanced our meal. Thanks to him, each dish took on an extra dimension: he took us on a journey with elegance and precision, while creating a warm, fluid, and refined atmosphere.
