The wait was far too long, and the plate was quite expensive for just meat, a potato, and half a tomato. The service wasn't great; the owner was too rigid.

Very good address! The setting is great, the grills are excellent and the service is very good, with very friendly and accommodating servers. Excellent value for money.

22/02/2026: I'm surprised by the negative reviews I've seen! It's a very good restaurant. We went there to avoid eating at one of the neighboring terrace restaurants, which is full of smokers. We didn't have high expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, with a calm atmosphere typical of a country inn. The dishes were very good and very reasonably priced, especially considering the salmon and duck in the tourist area. I have food intolerances, and the chef was able to adapt the dishes accordingly. I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you for the meal and the warm welcome. One small drawback: it's a little cramped in some places, and the chairs creak a bit, but I suppose that adds to the charm of the place :) Go without hesitation!
22/02/2026: Very friendly welcome and excellent value for money (especially in the city of Carcassonne). Definitely worth trying!
