It is very disappointing when new staff change the atmosphere of the place. I have come to this place with my little one plenty of times through out the spring and summer of 2024, and always enjoyed my time here but recently was disappointed. They have begun to have people wait to be seated and the waitress seems to forget to check back and see if there are people waiting - for some reason she disappears, even on a Sunday which is when it's expected to be busy as it's one of the places that is open. One of the waitress is super nice so it's hard to grade the place when other employees aren't working as good as the rest.

The service was fantastic, always with a smile. I really enjoyed the authentic atmosphere that this bakery radiates. It felt like going back in time, immersed in the charm of a traditional bakery. The quality of the products and the refined flavors are truly exceptional and unique. Le Pain Quotidien is a true gem for the city of Lille and an absolute must for anyone who loves authentic bakery products.

I love LPQ food. However I noticed that quality not the same everywhere. This was good. But the service terrible and did not know what a latte macchiato was. After closing time I passed by and saw the rubbish of the day in the street. 😢

The quality of service was rather average. The waitress arrived much too quickly, barely a minute after giving us the menu, which gave us no time to choose. We asked her to come back later, but she only came back after 30 minutes. We almost left, wondering if she even remembered us, because there were only five couples in the restaurant. Also my spoon wasn't clean and I had to ask for another one. A real disappointment for us...

This place is so nice and friendly. The server came and took my order and served water right away. This is my second time coming there and are always treated wonderful especially with my young infant. The space is very nice and comfortable!

31/07/2024: Cheese burger without cheese, the portions of fries have become tiny, we are disappointed, it no longer resembles the Sensas chip shop that we knew, it's a shame..!
