Le Panorama sur Beaune

Excellent experience! We were returning from the south to Belgium and this stopover was perfect. Comfortable room, very good bedding, and very welcoming hotel service. We will probably return for a long weekend with wine tasting in the region 🍷

Passing through Beaune for professional training, I stayed two nights at this hotel. I had a very pleasant stay: the staff were incredibly kind, the meals were delicious, the room was spotless, and the hotel is located 2km from the city center – what more could you ask for? I highly recommend it.

Stay on March 12th Excellent service

The hotel is very nice, the service is good, but there are very few staff members. The restaurant food isn't that great, but the employees are very friendly. Don't even think about using the electric car charging station at the entrance. They charged us 25 euros and we only tried to charge for a minute. We don't know if they offer refunds. It's not the fault of the Hotel E Totem. The woman who answered the phone washed her hands and said we had to send an email. The other chargers at the hotel work perfectly.

Charming and efficient service, both at reception and in the restaurant

The staff are pleasant, helpful, smiling, and warm; it was a pleasure to interact with them. The food is good and high quality. My room was large, practical (plenty of storage), and lovely; it was a pleasure to stay there. I recommend it and will return. 😁
