We arrived around 11:30 PM, when the kitchen was supposedly closed, but to our surprise and luck, we were warmly welcomed with a smile. We were very hungry after a late arrival in town, and with supermarkets already closed, this was a lifesaver. Our pizzas arrived in about 10 minutes and both were delicious. The shape and style of the pizza was unique, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere. Huge thanks to the waitress and the chef for treating us kindly and not seeing us as a burden despite the late hour! We’d happily return anytime.

It's a must-do for me every year, and the holidays wouldn't be the same without a dinner at Papaccionu, which I look forward to every year!
The best pizzas of my life, and I have so many great memories of this place!
Yesterday, an incredible waitress who went out of her way to serve us, smiling and attentive.
In short, if there's ONE place to recommend in Ajaccio, it's this one! See you next year 😁
