The waitress was perfect. As for the food, the lamb mechoui was very good; however, the kebab had too much fat and too many spices. Even though it was labeled harissa, it would have been better to add the spice icon next to the dish. However, after a brief complaint, we were served a new meat dish without spices or fat, free of charge. So it was great, thank you very much.

A very pleasant lunch with my family on a Tuesday. The staff were very friendly, and the meal was delicious: pumpkin gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce and beef tartare served with crispy risotto. All at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend it.

Very friendly and professional staff, even during peak hours. The food is delicious, sophisticated, and reasonably priced. The ambiance in the restaurant and throughout the square is pleasant and cozy. The live music in the restaurant was the highlight.

We always receive a very warm welcome at La Mado. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion: brunch, lunch with friends, or a romantic dinner—you're sure to have a wonderful time!

05/01/2026: I had afternoon tea and, as usual, I have absolutely no complaints. The service is attentive and meticulous, and the waiters are truly delightful and caring. The setting is magnificent: you almost feel transported back in time, to the eras of Louis XIV and Louis XV, with its elegant and welcoming atmosphere. It's definitely my favorite spot in Aix, a place I frequent and always return to with pleasure. I recommend it without hesitation.
26/11/2025: Lunch in an 18th-century salon! After visiting a consistently excellent exhibition in a magnificently restored private mansion. A very warm welcome, a simple menu, and good food. A truly special moment in Aix-en-Provence life.
