Le Papyum sur Vendays-Montalivet

Passing through Vendays, we had lunch in this unpretentious bistro; the food was nice and honest, and the welcome was very warm :)

We went here for a birthday dinner and found the place and the staff so warm and welcoming. The chef patiently explained the menu to us and was kind and patient despite our French not being good at all. The meat was tender and delicious, the vegetable gratin was even better than we expected and the digestif from the Basque Country was a very nice cherry on our cake. Merci!
