We went here for a birthday dinner and found the place and the staff so warm and welcoming. The chef patiently explained the menu to us and was kind and patient despite our French not being good at all. The meat was tender and delicious, the vegetable gratin was even better than we expected and the digestif from the Basque Country was a very nice cherry on our cake. Merci!
We received a very friendly welcome and ordered the three-course lunch menu. We weren't thrilled with the first course, which was a buffet where you could help yourself to whatever you wanted. We found these dishes rather unremarkable and not very flavorful. Fortunately, the main course was better. The desserts were the best on the menu, very delicious. The restaurant's decor is very basic.
Sublime old-fashioned sweetbreads.
Very good sweet and sour chicken.
The honey-covered duck breast is delicious.
Lovely restaurant couple. Fast service. Open kitchen.
Truly a great place. We were in the area for work and found this little restaurant, which is truly amazing. The two owners are very kind, welcoming, and very welcoming. As for the food, go there with your eyes closed. The menu is small but well-executed.
For my part, I'm delighted with this discovery and would love to come back to the area to say hello and eat.
