Venus tester cet établissement étoilé sur Arcachon, nous avons été séduits par l'ensemble des plats et amuse bouches proposés, tant par la diversité des saveurs que par la minutie de leur préparation ainsi que l'inventivité du chef et de ses équipes, un petit bémol tout de même : les portions présentées manquent d'un peu de générosité,... .Cadre agréable, patio un peu moins chaleureux que les autres pièces, tables de desserte placées au centre quelque peu inesthétiques...Personnel très agréable,réactif et compétent. Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée

Per la qualità del cibo la stella è meritata. Buono il servizio, anche se migliorabile. Discreta la carta dei vini. Abbiamo preso 2 bottiglie di champagne e un pinot nero della Borgogna. Discreta la carta dei vini. Interessante l'entreè. Abbiamo fatto il menù degustazione: Passeggiata tra terra e mare. Bene anche i dolci.

The decor is calming, and very pleasant with the sun under the patio.
The cuisine is generous, mixing tradition and a touch of modernity with a sophisticated presentation and service that is as professional as it is talented to put you at ease.

Extremely creative, varied and tasty menus (lunch). There is also a slightly Thai, Asian-inspired ambience, embedded in modern, European design. Very tastefull. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely attentive and friendly service. He was quick, alert and almost undetectable. If requested, English was also spoken. The price-performance ratio is absolutely acceptable. In my opinion, the restaurant is highly recommended! We immediately arranged a follow-up appointment.

Excellent time spent with family during a wedding. Everything was tasty and well presented. From appetizer to dessert, everything is carefully prepared, suggested and presented. An explosion of flavors in the mouth. I particularly liked the veal with its hay sauce and artichoke puff pastry. I highly recommend
