Starters were only ok, I had the Iberian ham with E3 supplement nothing special. Mains were pollack and Plaice. Both of these were cooked very well and very tasty. As it got busier the service went down. The waiter clearly forgot to give us the menu for dessert. We got it about 15-20 mins later.The waiting staff did not seem to be over a specific area. Eventually we caught the eye of a passing waitress ( our 4th to serve) and ordered. We also asked for the more water that he forgot. Dessert was absolutely fabulous so bumped up from 3 to 4. Decided against another drink or coffee as not sure how long that would take.

A very good and beautiful moment around this magnificent Olivier.
The plates were excellent.
Small downside for the organization of the service.
Lots of people for too few servers. It's a shame.
We had already come in winter and we had not had this problem.

Excellent food, just a little bit a pity that the menu changes only 4 times a year. Regular guests might be happy with more variation during the year.
During our dinner last Tuesday, the terrace was fully occupied as well as inside. Clearly too much for the staff, the service was not as before.

Everything was very good, the service a little long.
If I have anything to complain about, I will talk about the plating of the plates, quite disappointed not to have even a small decoration on my plates.
The strawberry tacos were placed in the middle of the plate, the same for the meat, very good but too bad it was not offered with a sauce (pepper/roquefort). Otherwise everything was very good, we ate very well and we had a very good time. I recommend

We walked in and they were able to accommodate us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our food was delicious! We ordered the steak and the beef cut of the day, both were great!
The best part of the meal was the dessert- I ordered the 4 miniature surprise desserts and they did not disappoint!
The setting is also beautiful. Overall a lovely way to spend our last evening in Beziers.
