29/06/2025: The restaurant welcomes us into an absolutely charming setting, in the heart of one of the oldest houses in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The location, steeped in history, contributes to making the experience unique from the very first moment. On the plate, everything is a true pleasure for the senses: the dishes are superbly presented, with obvious attention to detail. The presentations are impeccable, floral, colorful, and always elegant. Each plate is a small work of art. The flavors reflect refined research. The combinations are subtle, sometimes surprising, but always successful. As the dishes progress, we discover original and harmonious pairings, making this meal a true culinary exploration. The menu, designed as a journey, reveals itself to be a true culinary adventure, punctuated by beautiful surprises. At each step, we are captivated by the creativity and balance of flavors.
