15/07/2026: An exceptional experience!!! Besides the setting and the food, which are obviously incredible—from the perfectly cooked veal to the soufflé, a truly unique dessert experience—the welcome is warm and very pleasant. A big thank you to the waitress who took such good care of us, and also to the lady who gave excellent advice for cheese lovers, and to the owner who is so attentive to her customers. A must-visit when you're on the island of Noirmoutier.
10/07/2026: Thoughtfully prepared cuisine featuring fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Attentive service ensures a pleasant experience. Colorful and flavorful dishes from appetizer to dessert. Highly recommended for a delightful discovery.

08/07/2026: We had a reservation, but unfortunately we arrived a day too early. It wasn't a problem at all; we were seated even though the restaurant was fully booked—thank you so much again! The food was of exceptional quality—every dish was truly delicious—wow! The tuna served with veal jus, or the Japanese butter, mmm—the sauces in general were incredible. The service, as mentioned, was excellent. All the staff were young and very dedicated. We felt very comfortable and were thrilled.
