Very happy with this restaurant. The owner is very friendly and the food is reasonably priced. The menu is not extensive but we were happy with the choice and quality.

Dishes were pretty delicious. We loved poached egg as starter. Portions were quite big which is nice if you are really hungry ;). The only negative side that they didn’t have a waiters/waitress so owner himself was trying to do everything so we waited a bit more than expected. But I guess it is only a temporary situation.

The chef is more than a chef, he is a host, an entertainer, a true ambassador of Dijon. Each dish is prepared meticulously, and don't get me started on his famous, homemade digestive drink that flows as freely as the laughs in this atmosphere... The most memorable experience I have ever had at a restaurant in France, hands down!

Amazing food made with fresh, local, homemade ingredients! The chef is absolutely delightful and you can chat and joke with him. The decor is truly typical of a traditional bistro. I had a fantastic time and I'll definitely be back! Excellent value for money for both the food and drinks, and the service was really great! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Disappointed.
I relied on the photos and recent reviews, but everything has changed drastically since then. The restaurant has aged very poorly; the terrace is nothing like it used to be, the waitress clearly hadn't been on duty for two hours and didn't know much. Our table wasn't ready when we arrived, even though we had a reservation. There were many mistakes in taking our order, things were forgotten, and the owner always had an answer for everything. Really disappointing. On the plus side, the food was relatively good, and they offered a gesture of goodwill to apologize for the poor service.
