Top-notch chef, sublime and delicious meal!

I found this restaurant to be excellent.I had the large rump rose 300 g and my wife had a small beef, which came with steak french fries salad and bread. The french fries were interesting. I would call them Canoe french fries. They’re kind of hollowed out in the middle and deep fried. I’ve attached a picture of the fries you may have to blow them up to see the end of the fry to show the scalloping affect. The waitress did not speak English, but she was friendly. We work it out with pictures as to how we liked our steak cooked and it was prepared perfectly. I travel a lot in Europe and have been going through Europe, including Milan and Switzerland, the last four months. This is the best steak I’ve had this Trip anywhere. After the meal was over, I met the owner when I left he was excellent and friendly. He asked me to come back and I intend to go back today as I had this lunch yesterday and will try something else on his menu. The restaurant was very clean with the inside and outside sitting. My wife and I felt very safe, walking there and back from the MERCURE hotel. The prices were reasonable in the food was a very high-quality.

Excellent and generous portions, several vegetarian options, very friendly waitress. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. We will return on our next visit to Dijon.
