Le Petit Central sur Dijon

Like many others, I was just passing through and stopped in Dijon. The hotel was very close, and I was craving a Charolais steak. The service was impeccable, as was the food. The wine suggestions (by the glass, since I was traveling alone) were excellent. It's now my favorite place to stop for a break halfway through Belgium.

A team that takes great care of you, a very varied selection, an ideal combination to start the day off right.

Excellent food. The meat is amazing! One really tastes the difference between two different entrecôtes. This was among the best meat we everhad (and we are quite picky). The place is also very good looking. You can look at part of the cooking area. One same guy is in charge with cutting the steaks from the meat pieces, cook them and store them. And he knows his job. The sommelier is of great help to choose among the several pages of references and we nailed our exact taste. A nice highlight is that you get to choose your knives from a broad panel differing by blades and handles. Also, the young and dynamic staff cares for high standard service. We are happy we found this place. My only regret is that we were not hungry enough anymore to ask for the dessert card. The place is highly recommendable! Everything looks so good and is, obviously.

A perfect hotel in the heart of Dijon. Rooms with comfortable beds, large-screen TVs, and functional bathrooms. In summer, the chilled water fountain is a welcome addition. And the breakfast! Unbeatable, with high-quality local products. I highly recommend this hotel.

A superb address in Dijon for meat lovers. They offer a wide selection of meats from various origins, including dry-aged cuts. Everything was excellent, with impeccable service. A top choice for purists. Highly recommended.
