A restaurant just the way we like them.
A simple and warm welcome, a varied menu, and a delicious daily special (Cannelloni with Bruccion cheese); all complemented by a very good Corsican white wine by the glass.
I highly recommend it.
Bonus: Excellent soundtrack (RnB, Soul, Motown) that's both subtle and effective.

We had a great evening at the Cheval Blanc. We took the chef's suggestion and ate very well. The prices are reasonable. The restaurant is located on a quiet side street. The terrace is pleasant. Friendly staff.

A wonderful welcome, the whole team was very friendly, especially to our son.
We had the owner's specials and a burger, and all three dishes were excellent! Simple, no-frills, but high-quality cuisine!
Ideal location, in a small, intimate, and shaded alleyway.
In short, we had a wonderful time on our first day in Corsica. Thank you.
We highly recommend this establishment!

The restaurant (Le) Cheval Blanc is really not bad at all. Lovely little terrace, great menu, the lasagna Bolognese was delicious! Don't hesitate!

We were greeted by the owner, a smiling and kind gentleman who also speaks a little Italian. When we asked for a dinner featuring typical local dishes, he immediately responded, offering us the best recommendations. Our dishes were tasty and plentiful, and the wine was excellent. He recommended an exceptional traditional dessert, which we enjoyed with a delicious mirto ice cream. The service was excellent! Excellent value for money. Thank you!!!
