19/09/2024: Chance does things well... After a guided tour of Ajaccio, my husband, my dog and I are looking for where to have dinner, knowing that we had not planned or looked for anything. A little research later, we arrived in this very small restaurant, a cozy and warm little setting. We ask if Toutou is admitted here. She is more than admitted there. She is welcomed there with a very pretty water bowl, full of water and ice cubes. 5 star service! Unable to choose between meat and fish, we choose the menu which contains both. Fortunately, because we would have missed incredible things if we had taken the "small" menu. From starter to dessert, it was a symphony of flavors. A subtle blend of originality and known tastes, delicious and comforting. I hate onions, this place made me eat them and appreciate them too! The mushroom starter was divine, the perfect egg (with lots of onions) excellent, the fish with forgotten vegetables of incredible finesse, the duck breast and purée exquisite, and the dessert... Both sweet and surprising, melting and crunchy. It was so good that it tasted like too little. The meal comes with bread and butter, on par with the rest. In short, it’s an address that deserves to be known. We loved it and will recommend it to all our friends. We'll come back!
