Excellent value for money: most of the ingredients come from local producers, and the cuisine is sophisticated and refined. The setting is striking: the renovation of part of the former Saint Ylie psychiatric hospital buildings is a resounding success.
In short, Le Grain de Sel is quickly becoming a must-visit restaurant in Dole.

What a beautiful setting! What a warm and friendly welcome! They were very accommodating, even going so far as to prepare a last-minute replacement dish. The cuisine was lovely: fresh, seasonal, and light, not to mention the interesting and refined wine list.

Chef Moutarlier and his wife offered us enticing menus that delighted all our guests, from the youngest to the oldest!
Our wedding anniversary was a success: we enjoyed a semi-private space in a magnificent setting. An excellent place to recommend!
