Le Petit Jardin sur Montpellier

I really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. The service was great. Regarding the food I was probably hoping for more for a gourmet restaurant. The appetizer was flat, lacking texture and a bit of seasoning. The rest was still very tasty and delicious. I was with a friend, we were having our dishes tasted! In any case, the dessert was a master class, with this famous lemon in different variations and trompe l'oeil. Would I come back? Out of curiosity

Dinner two evenings in a row, Friday 02/22 and Saturday 03/23, for three people, the dishes were so delicious, the warm atmosphere and the TOP service. Passing through Montpellier, a restaurant in the historic city center, we do not regret stopping there. We can only recommend the place. Excellent value ! Some pictures...

Beautiful restaurant with creative and well-prepared dishes but it stands out above all for the careful and professional service.

Superb evening! The setting is wonderful, quiet and peaceful among the trees and has a superb view! Waiters and waitresses attentive, fast and efficient! Well-prepared dishes, very good and fresh produce while still being plentiful. We are neither visually hungry nor physically hungry! I recommend !

Restaurant in the historic center Cuisine as delicious as it is generous. Impeccable service, very nice list of regional and other wines. We had a very beautiful evening, the place is magical. I highly recommend .

Quality of service and food, perfect welcome.

Excellent lunch at the Bistrot du Petit Jardin, tasty cuisine, impeccable service, delicious experience. Looking forward to trying the Gastro!

To start we had delicious appetizers, creamy red cabbage, beetroot and radish sprout miso. Then starters with glasses of champagne, once again very very good. Soft-boiled eggs and an avocado and seafood starter. For dishes we tried the pork (very good meat but the mash on the side was a little too sweet for our taste), the guinea fowl, very very good, the rare beef fillet (really incredible, a little more expensive but every bite was worth it, better rare), as well as the fish which I did not taste but which I was told was impeccable with superb cooking. Finally for dessert we were treated to the chocolate cigar, truly incredible and tasty, with the white chocolate Dôme, once again impeccable with the acidity of the red fruits which contrasted very well with the ice cream and the pistachio biscuit. The Paris Brest which was very good but compared to the others lacked originality for my taste. The lemon was also very very good, my grandmother ate it in 2 minutes because she loved it so much. The additions to the desserts were a very, very good surprise and the fruit jellies were excellent as well as the shortbread with blood orange cream. Finally the wine was just as excellent (Ancienne Mercerie, Faugères). The service was almost impeccable, and the price was €85 per person.

Very nice restaurant. The dishes are excellent and the service is top notch.
