People come to Saint-Roch for what it is: the authenticity of a legendary place that transcends trends and eras. Personally, I love it. It's unpretentious and down-to-earth. It's the Montpellier I love, and which is sadly disappearing.

25/09/2026: A very warm welcome, excellent cuisine beautifully presented (the roasted octopus is delicious, as is the tuna tataki), a generous children's menu and a very pleasant setting on the terrace under the arches!
21/09/2026: We went early one morning; the view of the arches and the new square was lovely. The welcome was friendly, and the service was excellent. I can't comment on the food as we only had coffee and tea.
