12/09/2024: From start to finish this meal was fantastic. Fresh ingredients, great flavors, wonderful presentation. We loved the quaint atmosphere of the bistro and the service was very good and patient with out lack of the French language. If you visit Tours, Les Negociants is a must do.

24/08/2024: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Welcomed like a king! We'll take care of you very carefully! Good choice of food and drinks with great value for money! I tasted the fresh salmon escalope a la plancha: a treat for the eyes and taste buds! Little crush on this charmelcia sauce! Thanks and gratitude to the whole team! You are doing excellent work! Everything here is good and generous thanks to you! The icing on the cake: come and sit on the terrace, a little corner of paradise :)
04/08/2024: Friendly welcome, super kind and competent staff despite the crowds for service…. The restaurant was full. A big congratulations to the whole team, Clea in the kitchen, as well as Elory and Morgan in the dining room. I highly recommend
