A wonderful discovery and a very pleasant evening at this little restaurant. Delicious food and wines, and a warm welcome. Two original set menus featuring fresh, local produce, and an à la carte menu that changes weekly... well done! It's a pleasure to find such a quality restaurant in Ajaccio!

The place is charming, the seats the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a restaurant. The cuisine is worthy of a Michelin star. The dishes are refined and subtle, offering delightful surprises for the palate. A masterful command of cooking techniques and aromas.

A small establishment without the fuss of Michelin-starred or Michelin-starred restaurants. The cuisine is very refined with a beautiful harmony of flavors. Everything is meticulously prepared and perfect. The amuse-bouche was succulent: a perfect egg that truly lived up to its name, accompanied by lovely flavors. Just one very minor point: the dentex was slightly overcooked, but beautifully presented. And let's not forget the chestnut flour gnocchi. The pre-desserts and desserts were simply divine.

Another marvel! Perfect pairing of food and wine! You can feel the passion and love for the craft! Bravo! It's surprising this restaurant hasn't yet earned a Michelin star!
