Le Petit Restaurant sur Ajaccio

We tried, or rather savored, the "Awakening of the Senses" menu. A must-try! We were completely captivated by the chef's excellent cuisine. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Last night, I experienced much more than just dinner: a suspended moment in time. At Le Petit Restaurant, everything seems simple… until the first bite. And then, silence falls. Just pure, precise, undeniable pleasure. You can feel the hand of a man who has worked in some of the finest establishments, but who has chosen something else here: the absolute sincerity of the ingredients. Mr. Vincent Boucher doesn't cook, he tells stories. Talk to him about wines, about Corsica, about his producers… and you'll see a rare light. The light of true enthusiasts, of those who know and respect. Each dish is perfect. Each pairing is deliberate. Nothing is showy, everything is mastered. A vibrant, rooted, subtle, and almost intimate cuisine. It's a trattoria, yes… but with the soul of a Michelin star. A star that the guide hasn't yet bestowed, but that you feel at every moment. Magnificent cuisine with delightful service. A true chef at the helm, showcasing exquisite flavors with high-quality ingredients and perfect cooking techniques, and the warm welcome is on par with this superb gastronomy. A must-try.

Fantastic place! We came on Tuesday at lunchtime, everything was delicious, the service was attentive, the dishes were expertly prepared, the presentation was impeccable, the price reflected the quality of the food, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We've definitely made a note of this place and will be back during the season :).

A wonderful discovery where everything was perfect: an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, excellent dishes with a surprising and therefore very interesting blend of flavors (like the sweet potato dessert), and impeccable service. The details make all the difference, and at this small restaurant, they are evident: original tableware, cutlery holders, etc. Being very sensitive to these kinds of details, I didn't find a single flaw. A truly delightful experience.

Everything was very delicious with a perfect pairing of food and wines, in a very pleasant setting, but in the Route des Sens menu, La Mer en Majesté is much too small and the dessert is also a little small.

A little gem in Ajaccio. A small restaurant among the very best. A passionate and engaging chef. This lunchtime, with its Japanese influence, was a delight of flavors and textures. Everything was subtle and refined. I loved the experience. Truly. I absolutely recommend this unique place. Thank you to Vincent and Christelle, two people passionate about their work.

The place is charming, the seats the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a restaurant. The cuisine is worthy of a Michelin star. The dishes are refined and subtle, offering delightful surprises for the palate. A masterful command of cooking techniques and aromas.

Excellent presentation; the dishes were beautifully presented and their flavors were enhanced. The wines and food were perfectly paired. We highly recommend it to discerning palates.
