An excellent dinner. The cuisine is really a slight step above classic restaurants without the note feeling disproportionately, in my eyes. Everyone is adorable. A good address.

Maybe it is la mode now but everyone is cooking vegetables in oven or steaming them but I find it a bit bland.

24/03/2024: This is one of our favorite hotels in Europe. It’s not the most glamorous but that’s why you go. Understated, peaceful, and calm luxury in a busy lovely sometimes chaotic city. The underground spa is worth a trip to Paris in and of itself. You just can’t beat the experience for the price. Have stayed 5+ times and would recommend again and again!
