A great menu and à la carte with occitan specialities. Very attentive staff with a special mention for the owner who takes care and is always keen to drop-by for a chat. Worth to return back for a quality and pleasant time.

If you're looking for authenticity and generosity, this restaurant is a must. The menu showcases pure tradition with exceptionally high-quality ingredients. The cassoulet is a pure delight, comforting and perfectly simmered, with a wonderfully golden crust. Special mention also goes to the duck breast, cooked to perfection, and the duck confit, which literally melts in your mouth. The atmosphere is warm and the service impeccable, reflecting the friendly and genuine nature of this regional cuisine. A superb discovery; we'll be back without hesitation!

A cozy place with delicious food, especially the cassoulet! But we impressed most because of the charming and professional customer service skills of the restaurant owner. With his sense of humor, we decided to eat in this restaurant, and it was a great experience!

Restaurant le Robinson

14/08/2026: Wow! What a spectacular place! Being vegetarian in France can be a little ‘samey’, Le Robinson is absolute magic. The owners are friendly, explained everything we needed to know and were so wonderful. The drinks are great, I’d particularly recommend their homemade infusions. The food is all beautifully presented, and tastes delicious! Also the ability to compost anything you don’t eat is underrated. The terrace is a stunning place for a long lunch, the tables are spaced beautifully and there are lots of options even for bigger parties! The views are unrivalled, and even in the 39 degree heat the fans and shade made it cool and enjoyable. I highly recommend Le Robinson for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. There’s no place quite like it.
10/08/2026: A pleasant time spent on the banks of the Tarn, a relaxing and friendly place with simple but effective, fresh, and generous cuisine. Good value for money; the warm welcome is a bonus.
