It's a good restaurant in Albi.
The monkfish was, however, a little overcooked.
The setting is really lovely, but our table, located in the middle, lacked privacy.

The location is beautiful, but the €34 set menu, including the €3 supplement, is a disaster: the crème brûlée starter was very thin but far too dense and completely cold; it was more like a thick pancake than a crème brûlée, and very cold indeed… the pasta was completely unsalted, the parmesan had no flavor, and the chocolate fondant was actually an overcooked, very dense cake, a real "choke-inducer," the worst chocolate cake of my life… if I had known, I would have ordered the €21 set menu, which looked much better…

Our hotel (Chiffre) recommended a few places, including this one. We weren't disappointed. A very warm welcome, the food was delicious, and I absolutely loved the lychee-rose crumble 😅 which was original and scrumptious. The setting is also magnificent. Thank you 🙏

A short visit to Albi in September. We arrived at the restaurant a bit too early, so it was still closed. It's quiet and beautifully situated with a large courtyard.
Centrally located in the town center. If we visit Albi again, we'll definitely eat at this restaurant. Our host highly recommended the excellent cuisine.

The setting is beautiful.
The service was impeccable.
The vegetarian starter was very good, the main course much less so. That's a shame.
The corn dessert… well, surprising. You have to like corn. I didn't finish it, but again, it's a matter of taste.
