The MUST-TRY restaurant in Ceillac. Kudos to the chef! You can taste his love for cooking in every dish. Highly recommended!

A quick stop in Ceillac for a delicious break before heading out on a hike to Lake Sainte-Anne. A great place where the dishes are fresh, flavorful, and generous. We were lucky enough to enjoy the sunshine on the terrace in a very pleasant setting. ☀️ The welcome is warm and the atmosphere friendly. A lovely spot to discover before or after a hike in the area! 🏔️🥾

Clearly the best house in town!

A very pleasant restaurant, with very reasonable prices considering the quality of the food and the welcome/service. I wholeheartedly agree with what young people don't say anymore.

A truly wonderful discovery! The chef offers a cuisine that is open to the world, creative, and full of personality. You can tell he has mastered a wide range of influences while bringing his own vision to each dish. We chose the ribs, the malfatti with wild spinach, as well as the goat cheese mousse and the tartlet as starters. Everything was excellent. The malfatti with wild spinach from Ceillac is as original as it is successful. As for the ribs, they were cooked to absolute perfection: tender, juicy, and very flavorful meat, with a marinade that had truly permeated the flesh. I rarely leave reviews: I only do so when I find an experience truly exceptional… or truly bad. Here, it's clearly to highlight the excellence. Sincere, inventive, and perfectly executed cuisine. Bravo to the chef!

The place is initially charming, both visually and in its aromas. Then comes the authenticity of the staff, a few comments from the owner about her ingredients and recipes, and finally, the menu itself, which shine through here and there. Finally, it's the quality and taste of the dish I chose (duck breast with blueberries and dauphinoise potatoes) and the wine (a Puglia wine?) that completed my excellent evening, accompanied by a 100% James Brown soundtrack (original but perfectly executed 😊).

The food and desserts were delicious and beautifully presented! The waitress gave excellent advice! The atmosphere was very welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Tables in the shade, on a sloping street with no leveling for the tables and chairs, forcing you to compensate with one leg. For some dishes, there's an €8 surcharge for frozen fries. Otherwise, the daily special was decent. The salad was far too heavily dressed and served on a wooden board, where the slope inevitably allowed the table to collect the dressing. 🤣 When I asked one of the waitresses if the slope could be leveled—it would be more pleasant—she replied that she would speak to the mayor, and also about the sloping street. The welcome was mediocre, even curt and cold, and the final response to the suggestion of a wooden terrace was a dismissive "get lost." Judging by the reviews, I gather that after a good hike, especially when hungry, opinions are bound to differ.
