Beautiful place where the view of the basins serves as a backdrop. We had the JANNE menu and its 3 glasses of wine. Lots of freshness in the dishes, very fine accompanying juices. The only downside was that the maceration wine, which went extremely well with the sauce of the last dish (lobster), was served to me in anticipation of the previous dish and... it didn't go well at all. I would have preferred to be offered a supplement of the previous wine... On the other hand, it's the first time I've enjoyed an orange wine. Congratulations!

Well, there we are, we've been there. Pierre, Lydie, and their team live up to what we say about them. It's a lot of little things in the mouth, I love it. But let's not kid ourselves, it costs a fortune, and few people can afford it. Thanks to them for making us taste this cuisine in a much more accessible way during their participation in various popular events. For those who can afford it... Go for it 🦞

It all begins and ends with a particularly warm welcome. Between arrival and departure, a veritable feast of sublime dishes, sourced straight from the sea or from local producers with a passion for quality. The dishes are superb, refined, varied, served at a good pace, and the taste is enhanced by the fabulous wines that accompany them. It's definitely worth the 600 km from Brussels!

We had dinner at this restaurant, which was excellent. The ingredients were primarily plant-based and seafood, with flavors that were out of the ordinary. The wine pairings were perfect, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful, with a superb view!
We highly recommend it!

First-class! Extremely attentive yet pleasantly unobtrusive. When I briefly went to the restroom, my napkin was refolded – a lovely touch. Glasses were immediately refilled without having to ask. This is what perfect service looks like!
Food:
The 9-course menu was a true experience! Each course was lovingly presented, perfectly flavored, and perfectly balanced. You can taste the quality and care of the chef in every detail. I was thrilled!
Conclusion:
An absolutely worthwhile visit. For €99, a high-quality 9-course menu with top-quality ingredients and excellent service – the value for money is simply spot on. A clear recommendation!

First of all, the welcome: perfect, nothing to complain about. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive.
The dishes flow seamlessly, without much waiting between them. Each dish is a true culinary discovery, an explosion of flavors. What's more, the wine pairing is perfect.
Congratulations to the entire team, both in the kitchen and in the dining room; we had a wonderful evening!
