What luck and privilege to have spent our last evening with you! The location is sublime, and the setting is understated yet chic. The welcome was perfectly tailored to make us feel at ease... We were looking forward to it... and we weren't disappointed! The food and wine pairing was amazing! We had never tasted such wines, so subtly complementing the dishes. Ah, the dishes! Pure poetry, vibrant colors, and perfectly balanced flavors... it's impossible to say what we loved most... the little shellfish left to rot, the scallop on its crispy cabbage? The bed of herbs beneath the perfectly cooked fish... the chocolate, the pear, the kaffir lime... oh my, we only have one desire... to come back soon! I didn't dare, it would have been silly, to applaud the team and their maestro, whom we could see in the background... for fear of not doing justice to what I wanted to say: a thousand thanks!

Le Pily truly deserves its star, and then some! A beautiful place, wonderfully situated on the harbor. The service is impeccable. The dishes are incredible, exquisitely refined. The balance is perfect in every course, in terms of flavors, textures, and interesting contrasts. Oyster sorbet, roasted buckwheat, red mullet, shellfish… everything was delicious, from the amuse-bouches to the petit fours (persimmon and chocolate Pim's). Even the bread and butter were very good. The portions are more than generous. Next time, we'll try the wine pairing (but not at lunch). Lunch for two: very suitable. A family next to us, various tables (from 2 to 8), with or without children, everything is possible. The place is also very clean, and each table is sufficiently spaced for optimal comfort. I highly recommend it!

Excellent as always. I rarely eat fish/seafood because it's often too fishy for me, but this restaurant has very fresh and superbly prepared products. The service was also top-notch, a real pleasure.

Everything was superb for this 1 Michelin star, richly deserved! From appetizers to desserts, the flavors multiplied for an unprecedented culinary pleasure. Attentive staff. Thank you!
