While visiting the city of Carcassonne on Wednesday, April 22nd, we had dinner at this restaurant. The menu was short but the food was homemade and very good... Kudos to the owner and the team in general.
I highly recommend this restaurant because there are also many tourist traps in the city. Go without hesitation.

I had a fantastic three-course meal – baked Camembert, crispy duck breast, and a cheese selection for dessert. Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared.
Well, the atmosphere in Carcassonne is unbeatable anyway 😉

We came to this place because of the Catalan-style tripe on the menu. It's excellent, and a quick bake in the oven makes it perfect. All the dishes are delicious, and the place is charming. Despite being in a tourist area, the prices are reasonable, and the food is wonderful. The staff was very friendly. I recommend going early because it gets very crowded.

A very warm welcome, charming staff, a great atmosphere, and delicious food.
If you're looking for a fantastic cassoulet, this is the place to go. Don't hesitate to go in; you won't regret it. The roasted Camembert is also excellent.

Excellent welcome and menus or set menus to suit all tastes. Local organic wines at very reasonable prices (organic Minervois 75cl €24). Very nice terrace and, above all, excellent service. Away from the overly touristy areas. Don't hesitate.
