A belated review to tell you about the exceptional restaurant, Le Plô! Delicious local cuisine, from appetizer to dessert. Excellent selection of ingredients. A lovely atmosphere with friendly and attentive servers! Our stay in Carcassonne ended on this very high note! We'll remember it! 😋

While passing through Carcassonne, we enjoyed a delicious cassoulet in a welcoming restaurant. From the appetizer to the dessert, from the moment we arrived until we left, everything was perfect. Don't change a thing!

A traditional French restaurant specializing in regional Languedoc cuisine. I recommend the Cassoulet Languedocien, a hearty local specialty of white beans slow-cooked with duck and sausage for a rich, savory flavor.

Had a late dinner here after a very disappointing dining experience elsewhere. the staff were really charming and helpful. My meal was really lovely, delicious, beautifully presented and very good value for money. unfortunately I was leaving the next day otherwise I would definitely return to try some other dishes from the menu

Burger et Cassolette Carcassonne

09/06/2026: Great hotel with super friendly staff!
08/06/2026: The hotel has well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds, as well as a pleasant little pool for relaxing. The staff is friendly. The only downside is that the curtains aren't blackout enough for our liking. We requested a room facing the hotel entrance because the sun rises on the other side and we could hear a lot of road noise (the windows could be improved), and our request was accepted by the friendly receptionist.
