We were very happy to have lunch at Plô. Only positive. The service is efficient, the dishes are very good. I rarely eat tripe in a restaurant because I love it, I cook it at home and I'm often afraid of being disappointed. I mentioned this to the waiter who suggested I try them and he was right :-). They were very good. The gourmet coffee was also popular. We recommend.

We went to eat with three children, there is a children's menu which is not very common in Carcassonne restaurants.
The service was quite good, although we had to be in the outdoor area on a cold windy day. The children ate well. The tataki was good but it was accompanied by a risotto with a very doughy texture.
The Cassoulette was good, very filling.
Well priced, no surprises.

Very friendly welcome, really very pleasant waitress whom I thank for her smile and professionalism, very fast service, excellent dishes 👌 in short, only pure positive.

Yet another reason why to avoid any restaurants with less than 4.5 stars. Don't get me wrong, the food is not bad... It's just not worth the price. You pay for the location in the citadel but that's it. The bread was cold and industrial. The cassoulet was, in lack of a better word, boring. Nothing to write home about, with more lard than meat and having to pay extra for a duck leg that still needed 5 more minutes on the oven to be properly crisped. I would say avoid, unless you don't mind falling into a tourist trap.
