Restaurant offering a takeaway table service so you can eat on the ramparts while enjoying the view! Very nice ! (promise we put it back in its place)

Very good place to eat, the cassolet is spectacular, I recommend it 100%, one of the best I've eaten. You need to book if you go at the weekend as there are a lot of people

26/03/2024: Very tasty dishes from local producers. Very friendly restaurateur who listens to his customers and who knows his products perfectly. Thank you very much for your welcome.
21/03/2024: Very unique place in Carcassonne. The Burratina plate was excellent. And the wine selection is very good. A great spot for pre-dinner and post-dinner drinks/cocktails. The ladies that operate it are knowledgeable and attentive.
