Really it was not planned for us to come there, the perfect cuisine on the other hand I want to say I am sorry for the lack of open-mindedness of the waiter, polite certainly but during the service we make you feel that the difference disturbs. Being a gay couple today is not always welcome, and we let you know that, you might as well ask all the tables if everything is okay except ours, and I'm going to thank this young waiter who came several times and we didn't cleared with respect and courtesy. The Assistant well done because he puts his hand to the paw and so rare...., respectful really hats off and thank you for the customers and your team. Everything is good except this little parenthesis with this server which makes a difference with the customers. Thank you for this chicken burger, I who don't like bacon I ate it, everything is fresh and the sweet wine goes with it 👌🏼 Good luck

We randomly passed by the brewery. We enjoyed the meal which was excellent both fish and meat. We were very well received and laughed with the waitress. I highly recommend this brewery.

Central location in the pedestrian street... Pleasant for a drink or a coffee...

The only restaurant in Saintes open every day of the year. A good quality brewery, nothing to complain about. The duck hamburger, excellent! Very fair prices.

Une véritable trouvaille ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille dans cette brasserie qui évoque avec élégance les célèbres brasseries parisiennes. Le repas était tout simplement excellent, avec des plats savoureux et bien présentés. Les serveurs étaient très professionnels, chaleureux et attentifs à nos besoins. L'ambiance était conviviale et nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis. Une adresse à recommander. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous étions déjà venus en Décembre et nous avons le plaisir de pouvoir revenir et d’être toujours aussi satisfaits. L’accueil est toujours sympathique et c’est toujours aussi délicieux. Merci
