Great spot for a lavish drink or a gourmet lunch, the best vegan burger in the region! I might come back just for the gratin. The welcome has been excellent since the reopening.

Honestly brilliant. Having lived in Beglès for a decade, I've known Le Poulailler for a long time now. It's an institution, even though I used to go there less and less... BUT since the restaurant took over, I can only recommend stopping by to eat (special mention to the vegetarian buns and the chicken salad!), have a coffee in the fresh air, or just relax on Friday evenings! Thanks to Stas and Léa, it's a real hit for me! Value for money, delicious food, friendly atmosphere, and occasional events! We missed it, thank you, thank you.

Super friendly, the food is very good. I recommend the new summer salad with zucchini tagliatelle, it's excellent! Very warm welcome.

Pleasant and sunny location, delicious and reasonably priced cuisine (dishes and platters), and lovely owners. Le Poulailler was and remains a sure bet in Bègles!

A very good restaurant in Bègles. Excellent value for money. The dishes are delicious, and I particularly like the gratin dauphinois, which is generous, tasty, and well-served. The staff is also lovely. I highly recommend it.

An authentic experience! Really, a big thank you to the managers (Léa and Stas) An evening like at home, a real pleasure to find a place where life is good in our times and where everyone has their place. Whether you come from Bègles or further afield, it is absolutely a place to discover. Thank you!

10/05/2025: Good morning, We were recommended this restaurant but unfortunately we were disappointed. We arrived at 6 for the lunch break. The reception is fine The service was long and unmotivated, we may have come across the wrong person. :-) The dishes were not great, ground steak requested rare, it arrived cooked. the content of the dishes light. We offer you sauces but we don't tell you that you have to pay for it, you realize it when you add it. In the end, we decided not to have desserts, only the colleague who had taken the daily menu had a dessert which was not served because the fromage blanc did not arrive. To summarize for the next people who come to eat in this restaurant, perhaps the service will have changed or some people will have improved but for us who like to try restaurants we cannot recommend it :-) good luck for the future :-)
