A very pleasant surprise on this gray and rainy Sunday! A professional and friendly welcome awaited us in the comfortable and inviting back room, bathed in light from a large bay window and tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful lunch. Everything was perfect from start to finish: a smiling and friendly waitress, beautiful china, perfectly paced service, and above all, a signature menu that we thoroughly enjoyed. We particularly appreciated the combination of langoustines and grapefruit, and the hake with its watercress cream. The strawberries with their chervil sorbet were also excellent. Bravo and thank you to Chef Thibaut and his team for this delightful experience at Le Préambule!

The Chef took us on a true culinary journey where the authenticity of the ingredients and contemporary creativity reigned supreme. The setting is both intimate and warm, ideal for a special evening. We opted for the tasting menu, and each course was a delightful surprise. From the amuse-bouches to the petit fours, everything was remarkably refined. The textures and colors blended perfectly to awaken the senses. The attentive yet unobtrusive service recommended a perfectly paired wine, and the wine list selection is simply excellent. In short, a must-visit in Isneauville. We will definitely be back to discover the upcoming limited-time menus. A huge thank you!
