We opted for the Signature menu, which we found beautifully balanced, precise, and of exceptional quality! The expertly prepared cheese course was a delightful discovery, providing a perfect transition between the main course and dessert. We will certainly return more often during our visits to Rouen. A very pleasant surprise on this gray and rainy Sunday! A professional and friendly welcome awaited us in the comfortable and inviting back room, bathed in light from a large bay window and tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful lunch. Everything was perfect from start to finish: a smiling and friendly waitress, beautiful china, perfectly paced service, and above all, a signature menu that we thoroughly enjoyed. We particularly appreciated the combination of langoustines and grapefruit, and the hake with its watercress cream. The strawberries with their chervil sorbet were also excellent. Bravo and thank you to Chef Thibaut and his team for this delightful experience at Le Préambule!
