Very good food in Châteauroux 🍷
I had lunch at P'tit Bouchon in Châteauroux, on the terrace in a quiet and pleasant pedestrian street 🌿.
On the menu: delicious, perfectly cooked kidneys, served with a tasty red wine sauce and small pieces of bacon 😋.
For dessert, a simply exceptional chocolate fondant! 🍫
One small drawback: the terrace furniture could be a little better to match the culinary experience.
But overall, a wonderful discovery that I recommend 👍

A Lyon-like restaurant with a nicely decorated interior and a large terrace, covering the screet in front of it.
High-quality food and good-looking dishes (daily set-menu with only four different plates, so that's a guarantee of freshly prepared food !)
Portions could be larger although (especially for the desserts) and even though it was not very crowded, there was quite some waiting time inbetween courses - but thanks to the good weather and the nice atmosphere at the terrace, this was no problem.

Here is a great Lyonnais stopper who knows how to receive with a smile and humor. His cuisine is equal to the boss, full of flavors and very tasty. No more waiting than that between dishes compared to what some say. What a pleasure to have pushed the door of this cork. I highly recommend

Great atmosphere, excellent value for money, taste, flavors, all finesse, small wines in pitchers which are worth the detour, a small downside however but which only concerns people in a hurry, the wait to be served is sometimes a little long.
In Châteauroux there is not much to do but "le p'tit corchon" will give you a reason to stop there.
