Great restaurant for a girls' night out. We ate well and had a good laugh. Very pleasant service.

We had the Cassoulet and we really liked it. The service was fast and very friendly and they served us in Spanish. What I didn't like, first of all the menu du jour, I see that instead of wine + coffee (as it is on the website) it is wine or coffee. It wouldn't matter much, but at 1:00 pm they told us that they no longer have the menu du jour, and we have to take dishes from the menu.

Passing through Castelnaudary on June 1st, 2026, I decided on this restaurant where I enjoyed an excellent cassoulet (the real deal, apparently!) served with a salad and a nice, cold beer. Delicious, perfectly browned, and topped with a succulent sauce: simply the best! 👍 I left the table full and happy. The staff was incredibly friendly, as was the owner, who offered me coffee at the end of the meal. I ate outside under a parasol. All this culinary bliss for €25. I highly recommend it.

We arrived without a reservation around 1 p.m. We stumbled upon this restaurant after being turned away from others. It was a delightful discovery. The prices (especially for the cassoulet, coffee, and desserts) are very reasonable. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the servers are fantastic and highly competent. A very good experience; we hope to return!
