Probably the best pizza in town! What a great find! Les Chardons is, in my opinion, one of the best Italian restaurants in Les Sables d'Olonne—and very likely the best pizza in town. The pizzas are exceptional: perfect crust (both light and crispy), quality ingredients, expertly cooked… You can taste the skill and generosity. Every bite makes you want to come back for more. And beyond the food, the service makes all the difference: warm, smiling, and attentive staff, with a simple and authentic atmosphere that immediately makes you want to sit down and enjoy. In short: a real gem. If you love real Italian pizza, go for it—and remember to book, this place deserves its popularity! 🍕🇮🇹
