A very good restaurant that I've been to several times. The mushroom and truffle risotto was excellent, and the pizzas are delicious. The service was quick, which was great for my 3-year-old son.

We were delighted with our visit to Les Chardons. The setting is remarkable, with a beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere. We had lunch on the terrace; the tables were well-arranged and the presentation impeccable. There were five of us, including a six-year-old child. The young woman dedicated to our table was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, greatly contributing to making our lunch a truly enjoyable experience. The food on our plates (two mushroom gnocchi, one mushroom risotto, and one pea and mint risotto) was flawless. Thank you for introducing us to this wonderful restaurant; we will be happy to return.

We come every year during our stay. The welcome is very friendly, the meals delicious, and personally, the mushroom and truffle risotto was a real treat! We also specified in our reservation that we would like the famous lemons for dessert, and we were delighted to receive them—they were absolutely divine! Thank you for this wonderful experience, and we look forward to our next visit.

31/08/2026: We returned to this establishment after our visit last year for my sixtieth birthday. We were there as a family in a large private room, and the evening, the meal, and the welcome were wonderful. This year, we dined as a couple, my wife and I. The table layout provides plenty of space for everyone and ensures real comfort. The rooms are bright with a stunning ocean view. The service is impeccable, with attentive service. The sommelier gave us excellent advice and introduced us to a superb Pessac-Léognan. The dishes were delicious, and the service flowed smoothly without a long wait. Not wanting to finish our bottle of wine, I asked to take it home, and we were delighted to find a kind note accompanying it when it was delivered to our house. The pastry chef presented his creations, and in this instance, the harmony between sweet and tangy was perfect in our strawberry-rhubarb dessert. Bravo, Chef, for taking a risk! This is a restaurant and a place you'll want to visit again and again. We highly recommend it. A big thank you to the whole team for a wonderful experience.
