We were delighted to rediscover this restaurant. The staff were incredibly kind, the cuisine impeccable, featuring high-quality ingredients (the figs came from the chef's garden), the pizzas had a crisp yet soft crust, the pasta was cooked to perfection (the tagliatelle with mushrooms was divine), and the desserts were creative and a true delight. All this was complemented by excellent wines: a superb Montepulciano at a reasonable price. Thank you again for the thoughtful touches. We will definitely return. This restaurant deserves to be featured in specialized magazines.

Very well located opposite the Puits d'Enfer (Hell's Well). A great find! Fresh produce, the pizzas are excellent and generously topped. The tableware is splendid, as is the welcome.

A truly excellent Italian restaurant, with quality ingredients and generous portions! And the homemade desserts are a real treat from a true pastry chef! Even in winter, you can enjoy the view from the sea thanks to the veranda! One of our favorites in Les Sables!

29/09/2026: Eaten there twice, staff very friendly, good wines and good food. Desserts very tasty. 1 small downside: the lasagna was lukewarm. I wouldn't recommend the starter either.
28/09/2026: My wife and I had an afternoon meal here and I have to say from the moment we entered the restaurant we liked the place. The vibe was relaxed but very professional. Staff attentive but not overly so. Food excellent and the desserts were amongst the best we’ve ever had. It is very rare for us to leave reviews but don’t hesitate in recommending Les Chardons.

05/10/2026: We found everything excellent! This restaurant deserves a Michelin star. The view, the decor, the timing between courses, the thoughtful touches, the service, the delicious food... We were a small group of different ages, and it was a wonderful experience for everyone. One minor drawback: for young people, the portions were a little small.
05/10/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the **absolutely breathtaking sea view**, as well as by the tasteful and meticulous design of the spaces, both inside and out. Every detail has been carefully considered, right down to the comfort of the chairs, which are exceptionally pleasant to sit in. As for the cuisine, the menu is a true delight: **delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented**. Each dish is crafted with finesse, and the flavor combinations are a real treat. Special mention must also go to the **simply outstanding service**. It's particularly pleasant to see such a professional and attentive team, who, above all, have a perfect understanding of the dishes being served. This truly enhances the experience. One small regret, however: not being able to enjoy a glass of wine paired with each course… but our driver's licenses quickly brought us back to reality! 😉 And then there's that rare feeling: **time seems to stand still**. When we entered this restaurant, we truly forgot about time and everyday life. A resounding success, in an exceptional setting, with refined cuisine and a top-notch team. **An address we will treasure and look forward to returning to.**
