Excellent food.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
I highly recommend it to all travelers: technicians, salespeople... don't hesitate to make a slight detour.

A perfect overnight stop between the Pyrenees and the Ardennes.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive.
The location is steeped in history, as is the hotel itself, situated on a beautiful 17th-century square.
The room was comfortable, the regional cuisine was refined and delicious, the wines were excellent, and all at reasonable prices.
The breakfast was plentiful and varied.
We highly recommend this establishment and can't wait to return.

Passing through Richelieu for the Christmas market, I had a wonderful and delicious discovery at this restaurant. The welcome was very friendly. The chef and the waitstaff deserve high praise. Absolutely top-notch! 🥲

We received a really warm welcome. The receptionist was super nice and spoke fluent English, which was great.
Unfortunately, the room wasn't really clean and hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. I once wiped a small area with a makeup remover, and the dirt came off very easily. So, unfortunately, that's a failure of the housekeeping department. The room itself was very nice, but I won't be coming back because of the poor cleaning.

Nice restaurant with a medieval atmosphere.
The dishes are a bit over-the-top in terms of decor, for classic dishes, and therefore a bit pricey...
The staff is helpful, though.

A beautiful and charming hotel.
The rooms are spacious and magnificent, and there is an elevator.
The owner and staff are very kind, helpful, and professional.
Highly recommended in the Loire Valley.
