Le Puits du Tresor sur Lastours

I've been to this Michelin-starred restaurant twice! The first time with my father and the second time with my mother. And wow! What cuisine! It transports you and awakens your taste buds! When I went back, the food once again blew me away. Note that the chef comes to see you at the end of the meal! The fish was wonderful! The only slight disappointment was the apricot dessert; I wasn't a big fan, but that's just a matter of taste. 😁 The maître d'hôtel is incredibly professional and poetic; it's like an art form. He presents the dishes beautifully! Perfect! The atmosphere is perfect.

This is our second visit to this Michelin-starred restaurant. The service was top-notch. Mr. J. Marc Boyer and his team delighted us, both with the cuisine and the service. The head waiter and waitress were very professional. We wholeheartedly recommend "Le Puits du Trésor" and will gladly return to this establishment, which lives up to its reputation...Bravo!!! Unaccustomed to Michelin-starred restaurants, but intrigued by reviews of Chef Boyer's establishment, we decided to have lunch there, and we weren't disappointed. Everything was perfect: - refined dishes made with local products - creativity - discovery of new flavors and combinations - attentive staff, responsive to our every need, and very friendly. It was a delightful discovery, and we will definitely return. Our only regret: not having gone sooner. See the photos I've attached. Note: the wine pairing option also takes you on a journey through the region; we made some wonderful discoveries.

Great dining experience where the wines complement the food really well. Opening waffle was a great idea with veggies from their garden. Fish and meat with nice veggies, girolles and sauces. And a summer dessert with a variety of summer fruit served as fruit, sorbet and carmelized fruit. A pleasant coffee finished with great surprises.

Every time we eat at this restaurant, we are delighted. Furthermore, the service is excellent. We can't wait for next year.

Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish: • On the plate: The dishes are prepared with immense talent, superbly showcasing local produce. It's creative cuisine that truly transports you. • In the dining room: The service is impeccable. Special mention goes to the head waiter who passionately and precisely explains each dish, making the experience even more immersive. • The finishing touch: At the end of service, Chef Jean-Marc Boyer takes the time to visit each table and chat with the guests. A thoughtful gesture that reflects the restaurant's generosity. A huge thank you for this magical moment; we will definitely be back!

We and a couple of great friends of ours decided to have lunch at this little restaurant off our usual beaten track. And boy it didn’t disappoint. Located next to the river in little Lastours, the restaurant was beautifully decorated, service was first class and the food was exquisite. We went for the 3 course set menu with wine. And to top it off the prices were reasonable especially for a Michelin star restaurant. We will be back.

An absolutely fantastic experience! The cuisine was brilliant, with a chef who has a perfect command of his ingredients: it's fresh, local, and perfectly balanced—a true delight! The service perfectly complements the work done in the kitchen; you can feel the passion and attentiveness of the team, which enriches the experience even more!
