The hotel is perfectly clean, very quiet, and ideally located. The rooms are impeccably decorated with great taste; you immediately feel at home. Honestly, I enjoyed visiting the city as much as I would have liked to stay in my room all day, the atmosphere was so pleasant and relaxing… but sightseeing awaited! The hotel also has a well-equipped gym with everything you need, as well as a very comfortable infrared sauna. Excellent. In terms of value for money, it's simply exceptional. In short, a perfect stay, a remarkable experience, and truly attentive staff. I highly recommend it and would definitely advise anyone planning a trip to Le Puy-en-Velay to stay here. No complaints whatsoever. We regularly stay in 4 and 5 star establishments and this one deserves its 4 stars 🌟 in terms of cleanliness, style, welcome, bedding... Let yourself be seduced.

Brasserie Cintrz has become our favorite spot for friendly get-togethers. The setting is very pleasant, and the staff is excellent. The daily menu is high quality, with a varied and sophisticated selection. I highly recommend it.

Every detail is meticulously attended to, and you feel truly at home from the moment you arrive. The bar is also very pleasant, perfect for ending the evening with a glass of Verveine du Velay. A flawless experience in my opinion; I would have given it more stars if possible!
