Le Rendez-Vous sur Saint-Martin-Vesubie

Petit restaurant partiellement dans une cave, quelques tables donnent sur la verdure. Absolument charmant. Choix carte et menu limités car tout est fait maison à base de produits frais. Plats goûteux, généreux. Un bel effort est fait sur la présentation malgré la simplicité des plats. Serveuse (la patronne) avenante, souriante, attentive et efficace. Supers moments dans ce petit restaurant. Prix attractifs. Pensez à réserver, il y a peu de tables.

A place that doesn't necessarily attract the eye at first, but when you enter you are welcomed very warmly, with good humor and in a very pleasant way! A little bonus on the bay window of the back room which immerses us in nature. The cuisine is very good, quality, homemade and with the heart and the aperitifs/digestifs are excellent. I highly recommend!

A warm and simply delicious restaurant! The welcome is more than pleasant, as is the location. The decor is elegant, and nothing is left to chance. In short: The location is pleasant, as are the staff (new owners). The food is good, with dishes that are more or less "simplistic" but very well-prepared. A must-try one evening in Saint Martin; I highly recommend it!

One of the best establishments in the village. Freshly taken over by new owners, May and Franck welcome you warmly. On offer is a small, entirely homemade gourmet menu with exceptional products. The atmosphere is friendly, the cuisine is both local and original, the presentation impeccable. We had a great time there and can only warmly recommend it with our eyes closed to any passing gourmet.

Le restaurant est situé dans une petite cave à côté de la place principale de Saint-Martin-Vésubie. Les propriétaires sont là depuis trois mois, et ils méritent fort d'être encouragés. Le menu est à un prix raisonnable, à moins de 40 €, avec entrée, plat et dessert proposant deux choix à chaque fois. Nous avons pris les Panisses et les poivrons marinés. L'assiette de panisses est copieuse, celle des poivrons un peu plus légère, mais savoureuse. En plat, nous avons choisi des pâtes maison à la burrata , ainsi que du filet mignon au riz blanc et aux légumes. Les pâtes sont excellentes et bien cuites. Le filet mignon est accompagné d'une sauce au cèpes avec quelques morceaux de champignons. Les légumes et le riz étaient correct. Le riz aurait pu être un peu plus parfumé, et les légumes auraient gagné à être coupés en plus gros morceaux pour être plus goûteux. En dessert, nous avons choisi une Pavlova et une charlotte aux poires et au chocolat. Le service est souriant, efficace, et nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à cette soirée.
