Excellent restaurant, the menu is simple but perfectly executed.
The only slight drawback is the wait time to be served. Otherwise, everything is perfect.
Le Rendez-Vous in Saint-Martin-de-Vésubie is a true gem. May and her husband are incredibly kind: a welcome like you rarely find. Everything is homemade, with fresh ingredients and great care. The fresh pasta is absolutely delicious, as are the other dishes, always perfectly executed. You can taste the love of a job well done in every plate. A place you'll gladly return to, and one I recommend 1000%. Maryam
