A sure bet in Colmar. Excellent food and very friendly, efficient, and welcoming service. I'll be back more often. As promised, I'm returning this February. A huge thank you to our lovely young waitress at table 52.

Found it by chance and it didn't disappoint at all; in fact, it was the best restaurant of the four days we were there. Incredible pork shank, incredible head, and delicious crème brûlée. Top service, the quality is absolutely worth the prices, which were more than fair for what we ate (about €30 per person). Everything was truly perfect, highly recommended.

I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant in Colmar, truly beautiful, elegant, and welcoming, with truly excellent service. The food is delicious and plentiful, a truly excellent way to enjoy local products.

In front of Colmar station, a very welcoming place with professional and friendly staff... excellent food and excellent wine... average price, I think... I recommend it especially to those who don't want to go to dinner in the center from the nearby hotels.

Welcoming guests for dinner on December 29th, Colmar was packed with many restaurants closed because it was Monday. Impeccable service and extremely friendly staff. The food was good, the Chateaubriand cooked exactly as requested. Rare. Prices were in line with other restaurants, absolutely fair given the quality of the food, the service, and the location.

Just in front of the train station, very convenient if you want to spend your last night in Colmar. The portions were sufficiently large. They serve mainly regional specialties, which were decently good (not yet wow though). Reservation is a must if you dont want to wait in queue or share table with strangers (which was for us pretty fun!).

22/03/2026: Impeccable service, even at a late hour and with the addition of 5 covers that same evening. The meat dishes were cooked to perfection, the side dishes were delicious, and the wine cellar is well-stocked with excellent selections. Located right in the heart of Colmar, this is a must-visit for any lover of Alsatian cuisine and meat in general. A concise menu, fresh ingredients. Top-notch!

23/03/2026: I discovered this restaurant over a year ago, where I often enjoyed their delicious kidneys, which I raved about. I wanted to repeat the experience today, unaware that the owners had changed. To my surprise, the recipe was no longer the same; the kidney wasn't sliced ​​but presented whole, which didn't meet my expectations at all and put me off a bit. I was very disappointed, but the servers were fantastic. They offered to take it back to the kitchen and slice it, which they did. However, the sauce and side dish were excellent, but the portion of kidneys was much smaller than before. It would be helpful to specify on the menu whether the kidney is served whole or, if so, offered either whole or sliced, as the accompanying sauce with the vegetables was excellent.
04/01/2026: An impeccable gastronomic experience in the heart of Colmar. Excellent food, a perfectly elegant setting, and amazing service. The staff are the heart of the place: friendly, clear in their explanations, and masterful in pairings. A quality French dinner that I will fondly remember. A well-deserved five stars.
